At CD&J Mini Ranch we raise our animals naturally and humanely at our family farm outside San Benito. We raise Black Angus cows and we have introduced F2 Wagyu into our beef lineup, which will be available soon. Our Top and Bottom Round steak is a boneless cut of beef that's often alternatively labeled as London broil, English steak, or Shoulder steak. What is Round Steak? It is a flavorful and bargain-priced cut that should get more love but is often overlooked for pricier and more tender cuts. It's often used for slow cooking recipes with diced beef and stir-fries. It is a great cut to cook whole in a stew or casserole. We eat it often for making Pepper Steak and tenderize it for delicious Chicken Fried Steaks. Minimum delivery order is $30.
