Our boneless Pork Chops, are cut thick and then butterflied, and because our pigs are smaller our chops are smaller. So, when ordering keep this in mind.  Our packages of chops weigh approximately a pound to a pound and three quarters and will give you 4 to 6 chops.  It takes 10 - 12 months for these Idaho Pasture pigs to reach full processing size and approximately weigh 160 to 200 lbs, they are a registered cross between the Duroc, Old Berkshire, and Kunekune pigs.
