Our grass fed beef has a delicious beef bone marrow and they make a nutritional beef broth for soup and stews. Just put the bones in a crock pot or large pot and simmer 12 to 20 hours. Strain off bits before  refrigerating or canning for later use. Or, enjoy our bone marrow roasted and spread on your favorite bread.  These are an excellent source of  collagen.
