All meat weights vary, so below lists the approximate weights you will receive each bi-weekly delivery:
2 lbs. Ground Beef, 
3 lbs. Beef cuts, 
1 Chicken for 4 deliveries AND 
2 lb. of Pork for 4 deliveries
1 dozen Eggs
 
*Subscription consists of 8 deliveries and will renew automatically unless cancelled by the customer.

We raise our animals naturally and humanely at our family farm outside San Benito. Our cows are grass fed on rotating pastures.  We are a Certified Naturally Grown farm and raise all our own meat.  We raise Black Angus cows and we have introduced F2 Wagyu into our beef lineup. 

Beef cuts may include sirloin steak, round steak, ribeye steak, beef ribs, ground beef, shoulder steak, cubed beef, beef shanks, etc. 
Pork cuts may include pork chops, shoulder steak, ham steaks, ground pork, breakfast sausage, sausage links, pork shanks, etc.
Chickens may include Cornish Cross or American Bresse and are approximately 3 to 5 pounds in size.
