CD&J Mini Ranch’s FAMILY SHARE Protein Pack consists of approximately 8 pounds of ground beef, 16 pounds of beef cuts, 16 pounds of pork, and 8 dozen eggs.

All meat weights vary, so below lists the approximate weights you will receive each bi-weekly delivery:
1 pound of ground beef 
2 pounds of beef cuts 
2 pounds of pork
1 dozen farm fresh eggs.
 
*Subscription consists of 8 deliveries and will renew automatically unless cancelled by the customer.

Each  Pack may include sirloin steak, round steak, beef cutlets, beef ribs, roasts, etc. and the pork cuts may include pork chops, ground pork, breakfast sausage, sausage,  etc., and delicious farm fresh eggs. Because all meat weights vary, this is approximately, 40 pounds of Protein and 8 dozen eggs. 
We raise our animals naturally and humanely at our family farm outside San Benito. Our cows are grass fed on rotating pastures.  We are a Certified Naturally Grown farm and raise our own meat.  We raise Black Angus cows and we have introduced F2 Wagyu into our beef lineup. We have an assortment of beef cuts and will be happy to accommodate your likes and dislikes, just let us know.
