CD&J Mini Ranch raises a variety of seasonal Certified Naturally Grown Vegetables.  They include a variety of beans, beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, corn, cucumbers, kale, lettuces, onions, bell and hot peppers, yellow and zucchini squash, okra, tomatoes, watermelon, cantaloupe, butter squash, pumpkin. CD&J Mini Ranch dehydrates a variety of herbs and vegetables to make spices, spice blends and meals in a jar for long term storage.  To find out more about what we have available, please click on the water droplets.

At CD&J MIni Ranch we freeze dry a variety of foods from fresh vegetables and fruits to eggs, milk, cooked meals, and meats.  We use our freeze dried products for cooking with, selling to our customers and for  preserving foods for long term storage.  Once our products are freeze dried the food will stay good for up to 20 years in a special Mylar bag with oxygen absorbers. At CD&J Mini Ranch we keep our pantry full of canned vegetables, fruit, meats and jelly's.  We love the convenience after working outside all day to be able to come in and pull out a couple jars of canned home grown chicken, put it in a pan with our home grown seasonings and vegetables like peppers, and whip up some easy delicious chicken tacos.  It's fast, easy and so good for you.  Learn more here what we have available and jour canning classes under Farm Events above.
